Listen.
Every building starts on site, not in the studio.
We walk the land at different hours with the people who will live or work there. We measure the light, the wind and the views, and learn what the place already does well.

Draw.
Pencil first. Then card. Then the computer.
Concepts begin as hand sketches and white card models on the studio table. We test dozens of options quickly, then develop one with precision.

Build.
We stay on site until the last stone is set.
Our architects draw every junction at full size and review every sample in daylight. We choose contractors with you, and we are there every week.

Steward.
Handover is the start of a long relationship.
We return every season for the first two years. Every building gets a manual written for the people who will care for it, not for the people who built it.

Private houses from around 300 m² up to cultural buildings, workplaces and landscapes of several hectares. Scale matters less to us than a client who cares about the long term.
Do you work outside Türkiye?
Yes. We have built in nineteen countries. Abroad, we partner with a local architect of record and spend a significant amount of time on site.
How are your fees structured?
Usually as a percentage of the construction cost, agreed stage by stage. For early feasibility work we can agree a fixed fee.
How long does a project take?
A private house usually takes two to three years from the first conversation to handover. Larger public buildings take four to six.
Can you work with our existing site, building or team?
Some of our best work involves an existing structure. We are glad to work alongside your consultants, contractors or landscape designers.
How do you approach sustainability?
Durability first, then measurement. Every project gets a whole-life carbon assessment, and we target Passivhaus or an equivalent standard wherever the brief allows.
